Shipping
Dayzies offers standard shipping to Canada and the USA. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, with delivery expected within 5-9 business days. Orders totaling over $75 CAD or $65 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Please note that Dayzies is not responsible for packages after they have been shipped.
A note on duties:
Duties and taxes are unique to each region and they are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns + Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. To qualify for a full refund, items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and all applicable duties and taxes must be prepaid.
